Lex & Lever LLC is a Georgia-based fractional General Counsel and business advisory practice founded by Ashley Page, Esq. — a Harvard Law School graduate with nearly two decades of C-suite legal experience at Endeavor Group Holdings, Google, and two of the nation's premier law firms. We serve as embedded, trusted advisors and thought partners to founders, executives, and leadership teams who need more than a contract reviewer — they need someone who understands their vision, their risk, and their ambition.

We are remote-first, Atlanta-based, and admitted to practice in Georgia, the District of Columbia, and New York.
