Ashley Page is a seasoned C-suite executive and attorney whose career spans Big Law, Big Tech, and global entertainment. She has served as General Counsel and Chief Compliance Officer for some of the world's most complex organizations — leading teams, closing transformative deals, and building compliance programs from the ground up.

As the founder of Lex & Lever, Ashley brings that same boardroom-level legal and strategic thinking directly to growth-stage companies, founders, and leadership teams — on a fractional basis. She's not just your lawyer; she's a trusted partner in building what's next.

Her work spans corporate transactions, M&A, enterprise risk, antitrust, privacy, compliance, and go-to-market strategy. She has advised boards of directors, integrated post-merger businesses, and built the legal infrastructure that powers high-performance companies.

Head of Endeavor's Global Ethics & Compliance Office, leading a team of 20 across anti-bribery, sanctions, AML, privacy, cybersecurity, and ESG. Hired to prepare Endeavor for SOX compliance ahead of it's IPO in 2021. Strategic advisor to the audit committee and executive leadership on enterprise risk management and digital transformations.
